On-Site Lab
An important success factor of SoleFit Orthotics Inc. is our on-site lab that allows us to manufacture our orthotics ourselves. We oversee and conduct the entire process from the initial assessment and foot casting to the complete manufacture of the custom-made orthotics. Not only does this improve turn-around time (for both the initial orthotic as well as any ongoing adjustments/modifications), it also allows us to achieve our goal of exceptional quality at all stages of manufacture.
Having the on-site lab also allows us to demonstrate our creative side. We have a wide variety of shell materials and covers that allow us to fit the orthotics to the patient’s footwear and preferences and not the other way around. Thermal covers for ski boot orthotics, carbon fibre for cycling orthotics, and softer shells for the more sensitive feet, are just some examples of what we can do with our patients’ orthotics.
